January 2024

Happy New Year Everyone! Welcome to 2024! What is in store for you this year? Take a deep breath, close your eyes, and allow yourself to imagine. “New years” always bring the feeling of new beginnings. It’s a great time to reflect, restore, and react!

Are you going into this year imagining a glass half-full or half-empty? I always find that approaching a glass-half-full attitude allows me to stay open to opportunities that I might not see otherwise.

2024 needs to be about being flexible and accepting first for self and others. What different “thing” will you be doing that will help change the routine that brought you to this point? If you want something different, you need to change just one thing.

Notice I am not referring to a New Year resolution because resolutions mean solving or ending a problem. To some, that may be a lot to take on. I am speaking of just making a shift in any area of your life, in thinking and or acting in order to create a different action for a different reaction. Yin and Yang.

New Year intentions are not about completely overhauling your life but rather about making small, sustainable changes. By setting realistic goals, breaking them down into manageable steps, staying patient and persistent, and remaining open to adjustments, you can make meaningful progress towards a happier, healthier life throughout the year.

Here at You Can Heal You, we are making small changes to reach big goals. So review our newsletter and announcements closely for the reveals.

Our mission is to support you to live life vibrantly. To truly help you optimize your unique biology or, as I like to call it discover your health code. Whether you want to overcome an illness, improve your energy and brain clarity, or improve your cooking skills, we are here to educate, support, and guide you to a better you.

Our meal delivery service begins this Thursday the 4th! Be sure to check out www.mobilemacromealsclub.com for more information about our meal delivery service.

We will begin with a cleansing cooking class on Saturday, January 13th at 9:30 am. Included will be a lecture on kidneys and how best to build your immunity through the winter months by caring for, what is considered in Chinese medicine, as the water organs. Join here

In macrobiotics, we refer to this time of year as our energy storage phase to enhance overall well-being by focusing on the kidneys, adrenals, bladder, and sexual reproductive organs. You can have a front seat at this month’s cooking class where you will enjoy a warming flu-fighting miso soup and a gentle detox tea with a satisfying lunch. Please bring a friend and join us for this delicious boost to your new year!  Save your seat here
