Cutting Technique Class

Saturday, June 10th, 9:30 am to 11 am

$30 in-person / $25 streaming.

Learning knife skills will keep you safe in the kitchen. This class teaches you how to choose and care for an appropriate knife for culinary tasks. Learning to cut vegetables properly is essential for the best outcome when following recipes. Cutting vegetables in the same size ensures even cooking for the best food quality. If they are uneven-sized pieces, they will cook at different rates, potentially leaving you with a small burnt piece and a large undercooked piece. Has this happened to you? Technique and practice are key to feeling confident and creative when preparing a meal.

Bring your knife and cutting board to class, and be ready to sharpen your skills!
