I want to tell you of an experience I am having concerning eating the macrobiotic food. As you know, I get macrobiotic meals delivered on Tuesdays and Thursdays. I have a yoga class at 1:00 PM on Wednesday and Friday. I usually have enough of my Tuesday and Thursday macrobiotic dinners leftover for lunch on yoga days or Wednesday and Friday.
I write this to tell you it has been quite evident to me that in the days I eat the macrobiotic food for lunch (at 11:30) and go to yoga class at 1:00PM, my focus and balance is noticeably better than on days I eat whatever I find in the fridge or pantry.
I do so appreciate those delivered macro meals – Thanks.
