Seasonal Cooking Class

In this class you will learn the important role the liver has in influencing blood quality. The liver prepares the blood to be pumped by the heart. The cooking demonstration will focus on the foods choices and cooking methods needed to support the best filtration process for healthy physical maintenance.

Menu: (vegan, gluten free, soy free)

  • Cream of Cauliflower Miso Soup
  • Lentil Rice with Sunflower Seeds
  • Seaweed Kale Salad with Citrus Dressing
  • Glazed Carrots
